Yerrr! I’m Your Host Liz Jones

A Sound Healer & Spiritual Business Mentor born & raised in Brooklyn, NY. I’ve been guiding women of color on healing retreats around the world since 2021. My love for travel started when I was in college and travelled to Spain, South Africa, Zimbabwe, & Swaziland.

In 2019 I experienced my dark night of the soul szn. I was anxious, depressed, & in a toxic relationship. I felt like if something in my life didn’t change I was going to have a heart attack. So I quit my 9-5 as an L&D Specialist at Uber, broke up with my girl, gave up my apartment, & booked a one way ticket to Thailand to solo travel through Southeast Asia.

That journey awakened my spiritual gifts & led me to Yoga, Sound Healing, & Storytelling. When I got to Bali I finally felt like I could breath and wanted to live again.

After my sabbatical I started my now quarter of a million dollar spiritual brand — coaching and hosting healing retreats around the world.

Mama Bali holds a special place in my heart and I cant wait to guide you on this journey in one of my favorite countries in the world and infusing all of the tools and frameworks I’ve learned and developed.
